After
the Writing & Consulting period, we will email you
a draft of your resume to begin the Reviewing &
Approval process.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee policy is
enacted once you receive the first draft of your resume.
SATISFACTION
GUARANTEED, your resume will be written to your satisfaction
up to 3 times, FREE of charge.
Tell
us by e-mail, by fax, or by telephone of changes (if
any) you would like made to the resume.

We
will make changes to your resume, without additional
charges, when and only when, the following reasons are
provided:

the data supplied by the client

Displeasing format

IMPORTANT
NOTE: Any significant additions to the resume content
by the client will carry the same charge of $75 per
hour or fractions thereof.
Once
you are satisfied with the changes we have made, please
make your final payment so that we can send your final
resume to you.
If
you do not let us know the resume is acceptable or you
do not let us know of any change(s) within a week after
your resume draft has been emailed to you, we will assume
you are satisfied and bill you for of all service fees
incurred.
