PERSONAL
INFORMATION
Our
site allows clients to use the One STOP Resume Program to
provide pertinent information related to the preparation of
and subsequent payment for the development of professional
resumes. We collect contact information, financial information,
and background information related to employment.
Contact
information (home address, phone number, email address)
from the One STOP Resume Program is used to prepare
client resumes, contact the client when more information
is needed, forward proofing materials, and send final
materials to the client. Once we have completed the
resume and it has been approved and sent to the client,
we do not contact the client again unless that contact
is first initiated by the client.
Financial
information (account or credit card numbers) that is collected
is only used to process payments for resume services rendered.
Financial information is processed through a layered, encrypted
SSL secure process and is not retained, nor does it reside,
on this site. The order submission process encrypts all of
the financial information the client sends us and all credit
card and billing information cannot be read over the Internet.
This means that clients never have to worry about credit card
safety while paying at our site. Furthermore, clients pay
nothing if unauthorized charges are ever made to their card
as a result of using our site.
Anyone
who does not feel comfortable sending credit card information
to us over the Internet should use this site to fill out the
resume data and then give us a call at (415) 362-7005 to pay
for our services.
Background
information and profile data (job history, educational
background, and related information) is collected at
our site and is used solely for the preparation of resumes.
This information is not retained in its raw form. We
archive completed copies of all resumes on a separate
secured server in our office so that we might retrieve
original materials at the request of individual clients
who may have lost or misplaced their resumes or need
to have them updated.

Guarantee Policy

Our
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy is enacted once you receive
the first draft of your resume. Working with your resume
writer, you will begin the Review
& Approval process.
Your
resume will be written to your satisfaction up to 3 times,
FREE of charge.
We
will make changes to your resume, without additional charges,
when and only when, the following reasons are provided:

One Stop Resume's omission or mistake in using
the data supplied by the client

Lack of completeness

Displeasing format

IMPORTANT
NOTE: Any significant additions to the resume content by the
client will carry the same charge of $75 per hour or fractions
thereof.
Once
you are satisfied with your resume, you will be requested
to pay all remaining service fees before we send out
your final resume. If
you do not let us know the resume is acceptable or you
do not let us know of any change(s) within a week after
your resume has been completed, we will assume you are
satisfied and bill you for all service fees incurred.
Cancellation

When
your resume information is downloaded from our One STOP Resume
program and we have received your credit card information
by online payment or telephone call, we are ready to get to
work on your resume. In actuality, however, this procedure
begins 24 hours (1 business day) after you have input your
order, thereby providing you with sufficient time to cancel
our services without charge.
If
you wish to cancel our service, you must do so within
one business day (24 hours) from the time you submit
your online information. You must call our office at
(415) 362-7005 and speak directly with a representative.
If
you cancel after one business day and work has already
begun on your resume, you will be charged the initial
minimum payment of $75 as well as any additional time
that has already been spent on your resume, at a rate
of $75 per hour or fractions thereof. We will provide
you with a log of the time spent on your resume and
create an invoice for the total charges incurred.
